The service was genuinely amazing, starting with
Angel at the privilege club who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. However, the dining options could have been more varied, as we found the specialty restaurants often fully booked or offering limited choices.

I had a great stay at this resort. The pools offered a chance to relax and the staff was attentive to my needs. I especially liked the live cooking show at one of the restaurants. I made new friends at the bowling alley, which was a fun addition to my vacation. As someone who enjoys vibrant activities, this made my trip very memorable.

Impressed by the warm service from the staff, particularly Angel, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The various restaurant choices offered superb food, including delightful meat dishes, and the beach facilities were inviting and well-maintained. While the pools were clean, they could have been warmer for a more comfortable swim. Additionally, the beach area was smaller than expected, which limited space for lounging.
